Subscription Overview
Token Plan is a subscription plan designed for AI application development and multimodal capability usage scenarios. You can choose different tiers based on actual usage needs, obtain the corresponding Credits quota, and use text models, speech capabilities, and OCR capabilities to cover scenarios ranging from lightweight trials to high-frequency production usage.

Credits Quota
Plan discount: Plans enjoy up to 41% off.
Credits deduction: Text models within the plan consume Credits based on Token count. Different models deduct Credits in parallel according to their corresponding coefficients rather than using isolated quotas. Consumed Tokens, TTS character count, and ASR audio duration are all converted into monetary value based on billing standards, and then converted into the corresponding Credits deduction.
The tables below list the plan Credits deduction for each Token of cache hit, input, and output across model types.
During the U2 Flash limited-time free campaign (2026.09.30-2026.10.31), input, cache-hit, and output usage does not consume Token Plan Credits. The U2 Flash conversion rates below are the regular rates and do not apply during the campaign.

When you obtain a cloned (designed) voice via the U2-TTS-Clone or U2-TTS-Design model, voice cloning (voice generation) credits are not charged immediately. They are charged when the voice is first used for speech synthesis.
Quota exhausted: When the monthly total quota is fully consumed, the service stops and will not continue consuming your model packages or account balance.
To continue using the service: Switch to regular API billing at the per-model Token unit price, or upgrade your Token Plan to continue using the service.
Plan Purchase
Upgrade with difference payment: The platform currently supports purchasing only one plan at a time. If you want more quota before your current plan expires, your used Credits quota can be converted into an equivalent amount, and you can pay the difference on that basis to upgrade to a higher-tier plan and receive more Credits. Cross-tier upgrades are supported, but plan downgrades are not. If you have already upgraded to the highest Max plan, no further upgrade is available. After the plan expires, you may purchase any tier again.
Difference = price of new plan - (remaining credits of current plan / total credits of current plan) * current plan price
Refunds are currently not supported: Once purchased, the subscription takes effect immediately and is non-refundable. Unused quota in the plan is also non-refundable, so please choose carefully according to your needs.
Invoicing is supported: Users can apply for invoices based on the transaction order, and the actual invoice amount is based on the amount paid.
Plan Usage
Token Plan quota can only be used in coding tools such as U2Claw, OpenClaw, and OpenCode. It must not be used through API calls for clearly non-coding scenarios such as automation scripts or custom application backends.
If the plan-specific API Key is used beyond the permitted scope, it will be considered a violation or abuse, and the platform may suspend the subscription or block the API Key.
Quick Start
Enable Token Plan service in just 2 steps
1. Visit the Token Plan subscription page, choose the plan that best fits your needs, and complete the subscription.
2. After subscribing successfully, go to Console / Subscription Management / Token Plan to view your active plan details and obtain the dedicated API Key.
API Key: get the dedicated API Key on the Subscription Mgmt page (format: xxxxx).
Please note:
This API Key is exclusive to Token Plan and cannot be exchanged with API Keys for pay-as-you-go billing or model packages.
This API Key is only available during the valid period of the Token Plan subscription.
Please keep your API Key secure to avoid resource loss.
